We better play better against this team. They are better than the Giants. We crapped the bed yesterday so let's hope it was just a fluke.

Harkin, do you think it will be a tough game because of the plane ride?

Spread: I am seeing Rams -9.5 as of today (per FanDuel Sportsbook) and also -8.5 w some books

We are going up against a hungry, albeit, bad team... again

Which showed with the Giants, it can be a slip game...

Haskins is on the bubble, which IMHO, means he has line issues... for what ever reason, he has been struggling, we need to continue his struggles...

This game gives me more concerns than the G-men did....I think Washington has a very good front 7 and will bring some heat...we'll see if this is the same offense deployed this week.....I'm hoping McV opens it up a bit.

Haskins needs to be kept down...don't allow him to get comfortable and he should make a couple mistakes....if they can keep Haskins struggling I see Staley reverting back to his little to no blitz scheme, but if he's giving them trouble I think Staley is a little more apt to send some free runners.

This is a tough matchup for the Rams and I wouldn't touch them at -8.5...I think the line drops to around 5

hate this game too. traveling back east playing the early game is rarely a positive thing for west coast teams. skins have better personnel too. their D line is legit luckily for us Young is out. Desperate team and we have seen what happens sometimes, Philly last week. the line will definitely drop

I agree with sanbagger, this team, imo a tougher matchup. Definitely in the trenches. The skins DL scares me and I'm not even playing.
With that said, hopefully that Giants game was a wakeup call. Mcvay work his tail off preparing the rams with a great gameplam.

I should have prefaced my comment with the point spread. great info though I will keep this when I bet on games. Raiders record is pathetic.

Meanwhile, I found us some new kicks to sport on the weekends at the dog races with Grandpa Jones and Uncle Bob. We gonna be looking FRESH. Rams57 cannot wait to get a pair I bet...

You're joking, right? Goodness NO. Even if they were free I would not sport these anywhere. You know how I feel about our new stuff.

Schedule gets tougher after this game. Rams need this one to remain playoff contender's.

Washington has some talent on defense but like the Giants their offense is rather poor and they dont have a very good ground game or abundance of playmakers.

Rams - 27
Washington - 17

Rams got a wake up call vs Giants. They get the message. Rams 31 Washington 13

Sorry my optimistic perspective doesn’t fit your negative narrative.

Last Sunday showed us if we don’t bring it every single week it could bite us in the ass come the end of the season in the playoff hunt if we lose a game we shouldn’t.

The football team does have a ferocious front 7, but I believe McVay will get his shit/his game plan together to prepare for this pass rush a la the cowboys game. Short passes and get the ball out of Goff’s hands ASAP with a healthy dose of our run game. The football team’s offense on the other hand is nowhere near as intimidating. Let’s confuse Haskins and create turnovers.

On top of everything it’s another cross country flight to the east coast for an early game. It’s going to take everyone playing and coaching much better to pull this off. I’d feel a lot better going against the 49ers being 4-1.

Rams 34
Football team 13

I don’t look at that series against the Giants 1st and goal from the 4 as a lack of confidence by McVay towards Goff after the first down sack. IMO it was him showing a lack of respect to the Giants offense. Don’t screw up the FG and we won’t need much more to beat them.

Wrong approach though and again it almost cost them. You have to let your offense to still score a TD there that early in the game.

A big plus for us is that O’Connell knows Haskins and that oline’s limitations. And more importantly the Defensive personnel and their vulnerability’s. Going against them in practice weekly.

Rams - 31
Washington - 20

Rams offense bounces back. Defense gives up a late gimme touchdown.

Rams 30 to 24. When it looks like it should be an easy win, it usually isn't.
